Welcome to Sea Route Restaurant. By dining with us, placing an order for takeaway, or requesting delivery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Order Acceptance
- All orders are accepted during our operational hours only: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM.
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to unavailability of items, incorrect information provided, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Menu & Pricing
- Menu items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Images shown on our website or promotional materials are for representation purposes only.
Payment
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, debit/credit card, or other approved methods.
- We do not store or share your card/payment details except through secure payment gateways.
Delivery & Takeaway
- Deliveries are fulfilled by third-party delivery partners within Bangalore city.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Sea Route Restaurant will not be liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses or contact details.
- Delivery time may vary depending on traffic, distance, and order size.
Returns & Refunds
- Since we serve perishable food items, returns are not accepted once an order is delivered.
- Refunds or replacements are only provided for wrong items, missing items, or quality issues reported immediately after delivery. (See our Return & Refund Policy.)
Conduct at the Restaurant
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum while dining at our premises.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone causing disturbance or damage.
Liability
- Sea Route Restaurant is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Governing Law
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
