At Sea Route Restaurant, we ensure that your favorite dishes are prepared fresh and delivered to you in a timely manner. Please read our delivery policy below:
Mode of Delivery
All deliveries within Bangalore city are carried out through trusted third-party delivery partners. Customers may also choose to place orders for takeaway and pick them up directly from our restaurant at 725, MK Towers, Stage 1, Modi Hospital Road, Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges, if applicable, depend on the delivery location and will be displayed at the time of order confirmation. Takeaway orders do not incur delivery charges.
Order Processing
- Orders are prepared and dispatched during operational hours only: 11:30 AM – 3:30 PM and 6:30 PM – 11:30 PM.
- Orders are typically processed within 30–60 minutes depending on the size and type of order.
- In case of delays due to kitchen load or operational issues, customers will be notified immediately.
Delivery Timeline
- Within Bangalore city: 45–90 minutes from the time of order confirmation, depending on distance and traffic conditions.
Order Tracking
If your order is placed through third-party apps (e.g., Swiggy, Zomato), tracking details will be available via their respective platforms. Orders placed directly with us can be tracked by contacting us at +91 99001 66088 or 080-4122 2292.
Limitations
- We currently do not provide delivery outside Bangalore city.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Sea Route Restaurant is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
